Center Library at ITB

In my opinion, the center library at ITB is not comfortable. It is so dusty as it has never been cleaned. There is no good window as bad as no good ventilation so that there is no good air circulation. Every I come in it, I feel hot; my breath be short-winded; my head be dizzy even I have not read any book yet. If you love clean and fresh, you will hate this place at all.
